Give Yourself A Break


Dear Gentle Ones,
We can give ourselves the hardest time and be our own greatest critic.
 In times of question, fear, and concern about our circumstance, or unknown future the most valuable gift that we can give ourselves is  unconditional love, attention and affection. 

It is paramount to remember that being present and sensitive to our own pain, needs, and wishes is just as important as the attention and concern we offer to our loved ones.

 Nurturing and prioritizing our relationship with ourselves is essential to having a  healthy, wholehearted and balance internally rich life.

Search your heart, quiet your mind and listen 
to the messages your body is sending you
 in terms of what you need. 
The most brutal beatings can come from our unkind thoughts and critical assessments of ourselves.
 Take a moment and listen to the chatter in your head are your thoughts affirming, positive, and uplifting or critical and judgmental and unkind as it relates to you? 
I Invite you to look yourself in the mirror and give yourself permission to be human and imperfectly perfect and literally say " I will give myself a break today".
