A Deepening of The Present

The Sacred Acts of Solitude... A Deepening of the Present
Dear Tranquil Ones,
Practicing Solitude Pulls You More Into the Here and now... The Present and renders you a freedom to own and embrace your sovereignty.  Solitude is a gateway into our authentic self without any pretense, guards or defenses.
For I invite you to consistently find time to nurture your relationship with your sacred self through the practice of  Solitude and Quietude.
Solitude renders a deepening of the Present
There is healing in stillness, slowing down and connecting with ourselves and spirit.
It's in the quiet moments of the day alone and in stillness we are afforded the opportunity to listen and become acquainted with ourselves.
In a place of stillness we are rendered a place of sweet communion.

Take Solace in the Dwelling of your own heart.
Are the chambers of your heart a safe retreat?

In Solitude we are free to be guided by our hearts and truly listen, and tune into our passions, desires, and dreams.

Happy Quiet Time on your  Peaceful Journey.

  1. Thank you for this, Shekina. Though I find myself alone a lot, I can't say it's "solitude." Too often in such times, I'm accompanied by my fears, worries, and demons. I guess I should practice shooing them away, and invite in new friends, likes hopes, possibilities, and angels. You are a wise wise woman.

    1. I appreciate your meaningful contemplation of the practice of solitude and personal challenge to incorporate this state of being/practice in your life. The more you become consciously comfortable with your own company in the midst of your imperfections; this awareness places you in a position to welcome the space of peace, contentment and fulfillment from merely being enough. I invite you to consider in your quiet time to reflect and mediate on that which you are most grateful for and allow that feeling of gratitude to linger until you feel a sense of joy and fulfillment. Upon feeling the state of joy just be with this state as long as you can while you abide in your place of stillness and quietude. May your journey of solitude be most rewarding and satisfying. Infinite Continuous Peace to You!

  2. Also, this is two straight days you posted about solitude. So I can see how much importance you are placing on it.
