Will You Accept the Invitation... To Be Fully Present?

 Dear Present Ones,
 Life invites us everyday to wake up and Be Present to the Gift that lies in the here and now. 
 In the culture of multitasking, multi-commitments, and often being stretched thin embracing the moment and  the here and now does not make it to the 
list of priorities. 
We can easily miss out of the joys, pleasures, and richness of our daily gifts from our full participation by way of our attention to what is happening 
right before our eyes. 
Often time we are present in body, however our mind is in another location. 
If we are not consciously careful we could find ourselves sleeping walking through life as we are mentally and emotionally checked out, however are just merely making appearances to the special moments, events and occasions in our life and the lives of the ones we love.
For we are called to consider that showing up in our life and the lives of the ones we love is only one of the significant components to the joy in the moment. However when we not only show up, but are fully in the present, it enables us to fully enjoy and receive all of what the present has for us. 
May you Be fully present to this moment and all of 
its gifting as this moment could be your last. 








May you accept the invitation to be fully present today!
