The Choice to Show Up


Dear Vigilant Ones,
As we come to the end of the 2018 year a question to ponder is,
 what are you electing to show up to in you life, world, and relationships?  
Life to varying degrees is about showing up and rendering our attention to the things that 
we deem important as that which we focus on expands.
What are you choosing to give your attention to? Often time upon examining our life we can detect patterns and ways of doing things base on what  has our undivided attention.
 Where is your focus?  
Before we can be fully present to anything  and  enjoy the moment we must first choose to show up.
May you wisely choose to show up to the things that matter the most.
