Dear Uplifted Ones,
There is nothing like the gift of a
 sunlight as it is a kiss to our hearts. 
The sunrays warms our bodies and hearts. Sunlight has a way of reminding us of the bright and 
 upside of these. 
We often find clarity of thought and mind when the sun is shining. 



 Plants grow and flowers bloom with just enough exposure to light and so do we. 
Sunlight raises our serotonin levels 
which is a mood enhancer.

The Sunlight Reminds us no matter how insurmountable what we are going through is it is no match for the brightness of hope,
