Joy In the Little & Simple But Significant Things

 Dear Joyful Ones,
There is nothing like an unexpected occurrence in your day that actually
brings a smile and evokes a subtle leap in your heart.

Have you had a moment where you were just going along with the business, or routine, and everyday mundaneness of the day and you bump into a friend,
who you have not seen in quite some and strike up a pleasant conversation
 that warms your heart.
Or perhaps your hands are full going into a building and someone kindly holds the door for you or in your efforts to move into traffic someone slows down and motion for you to move ahead of them.

No matter how small or subtle the moments spontaneous good, generosity, or warmth are,
its paramount to our mental health and optimal well being that we take a few seconds and just take in the joy,
or goodness of the moment.
I invite you to pause and take in a possible goodness of a moment, you have had today or this week, and just had not acknowledge or paid any attention to it.
Whether its a stranger offering you an unprovoked smile, or the grocery store cashier courteous and attentive demeanor in offering service,
there is more times than not,
some kind of subtle but significant act of kindness, generosity, or spontaneous good happening and perhaps
 you just have not taken
the time to notice.

May you consider looking closely in your everyday
 happenings in this
Spring Season and just simply take note of the subtle but significant moments to bask in the splendor, beauty, and goodness of being a recipient of some unexpected kindness or uplifting exchange.
May your heart be filled with
Abundant Joy!
