Cracked But Not Broken...

Cracked But Not Broken...
The Inner Wells of Internal Strength
Dear Resilient Ones,
Life ebbs and flows and sometimes present us with challenges and tough experiences that can rock our core and leave residual internal aches and pains in our heart. Whether it is loss of a job, marriage, loved one, or relationship of signficance it can be daunting in terms of picking of the pieces of your life and creating a new chapter.
Its in the moments where we struggle and experienced disappointment  and dismay in a given situation that we often discover the depth and power  of the strength that resides
 on the inside.
When we are going through the trials and tribulations of life it is important to keep in mind that our heartaches and breaks does not define who we are. We are so much more than our inner wounds, scars and devasting experiences.
Its empowering to remember like with the joy filled moments in our life the pain experienced in a given relationship or difficult situation shall pass.
To be scarred or cracked in some way does not mean that we are damaged or diminished, however merely resilient, courageous, and strong as we are still here, breathing, putting one step in front of the other and reaching for the  hope of a
 brand new day.
For we have hidden wells of inner strength that we often don't tap into until life hits us with something that knocks us off our rhythm or feet.
May you discover all the gems of strength that abide within you.
Abundant Hope,
