In the Sanctuary of Nature
ABIDES

Dear Beauty Seekers,
During this these time of sheltering in place, and practicing social distance, we are reminded more so than every before,
 that mother nature can be our haven 
and sanctuary of peace and renewal. 
During my morning walk I was surrounded by beauty and stopped periodically just to take in the vastness of mother nature. 
 I marvel at how graceful and content the birds and ducks were in their natural habitat.
I choose to stop and capture some of this beauty by photograph...
take a look yourself.

The more I seized the moment to take in the peaceful beauty of mother nature,
 the more a calming divine presence
 permeated by being. 
 I am grateful to take this time to commune in mother nature through taking 
a brisk heart healthy walk.
 May you be compelled in your own way to stop and pay attention to the beautiful offerings of mother nature the next time you are outdoors. 

 It continues to be my experience that when I take the time to pay attention there is some 
beauty to behold.
