It's Time For a Love Check
Dear Loving Ones,

As we exit out of the calendar month dedicated to celebrating love
 I invite you to do a love check.
Consider checking out the love 
that is in your life and think about how who you are connected to makes
 your heart feel.


 For love is beautiful...are the relationships in your life springing forth a sense of sheer beauty in the way you feel, and experience the world? 
 When you think of the people you love and those who profess their love to and for you... do you smile?
 For love is not cruel,  possessive, or manipulative. 
For love sets us free!
 Free to be ourselves and continuously evolve into our best selves and 
pushes us to shine our light. 
 Does the love you have for yourself 
frees you? 
Does the love that others have for you encourages your constant unfoldment and growth?

Do you feel well supported in your relationships in your life? 
Do you support yourself in ever expanding and unfolding and emerging into parts of yourself that you are just discovering?
Love is reliable and consistent and isn't hit or miss.
Are you consistently loved by yourself and those that you are closely connected to?
For Love is Stable and doesn't change on a whim, or with the weather,
 as its not temperamental.
May the love in your life be continuously steady, stable, and consistent.
It is my hope that you have been reminded in more ways than one just how loved, celebrated and cherish you are.
May you see love everywhere !
