Dear Conscious Affirmative Ones,
Sometimes when we find ourselves wrestling with one hurdle after another, it is imperative, that we take the time to reflect upon what are our energies and attention feeding? 
Additionally, what are we perhaps unintentionally 
inviting in our lives. 
It is not  uncommon after a series of trials or challenges to fall into the mindset, of looking for  
the negative versus the positive or 
even anticipating challenges versus looking to experience life with 
ease and grace.  
For its essential in times like these where we must consider welcoming acts of kindness, by being intentionally kind, welcome opportunities to receive by being the one who to give, and welcoming the right doors to open by seeking ways to make someone's else life just a little bit better.
For this intentionality can create space for more abundant good to unfold in one's life. 
Looking for Goodness can start simply with beholding the sun rising and listening to the birds sing. 
For we don't have to look far and wide to experience the vast beauty and splendor of  life.  
However the key is intentionally looking and making room on our life for spontaneous good to abide.
 It is not dismissing  our small and seemingly insignificant life affirming encounters such as the courtesy of someone allowing us to park before them or perhaps holding the door for us when entering into the grocery store.

Goodness is happening all the time however our attention is often drawn to lack, limitation and focus on what we don't want. 
We must also check our worthiness posture. 
 For it is emotionally beneficial to affirm routinely, that we are absolutely worthy of the best that life has to offer, regardless of the choices and decisions that has not always reflected that.
