Misleading Connections

Connected But Not Present
Dear Present Ones,
For the appearance of connection can misleads us into believing that we are truly present and available to the people and that
which is most valued in our lives.

They are some many ways to connect in this digital 21st century world.
As we have the means to call, text, skype, or email people we wish to communicate in an instant.
This is not to mention the many ways through social media we can
"connect" with people.
We can also connect with people by way of the emotional ties and bonds that are developed over time,
however this does not speak to being totally present to those
who we value and love.
In these days we can be connected digitally, virtually or through kinship or sharing a past,
but are we committed to nurturing the now moments with the
 ones that we love,
 with our undivided attention
and gift of our presence.  Do we give ourselves consistent permission to simply be with those we love without attempting to control how that unfold.
So the question becomes not only are we connected, but our we truly present and show up to that we love and appreciate in a wholehearted consistent totally
attentive undivided way?

I invite you to consider your connections to people, places, matters and affairs of the heart and your mere purpose and be totally present to all the gifts, and rewards it brings.
Abundant Presence To you,
