There is a Stillness in the Soul

A Season of Stillness is Nigh
Dear Peaceful Beings,
There comes a time in our lives where being at rest in the abode of stillness is the Season that calls our name.  A Season of stillness is often called forth when our mind and temple is in need of recharging, renewing and refreshing itself. Stillness is the order of the day when your life is in transition from one major event to another. Stillness calls our name, when we are at pivotal moments of time in our life, where our next move is life altering and momentous. I invite you to just take a second and rest your mind and sit in the seat of  stillness in your soul.   Stillness is the state that is best for catching up with oneself and attuning ourselves to what is orbiting inside of us. In the world of distractions, busyness, and aimless movement we can easily become disconnected from the core of our being and lose vital parts of ourselves, in the many roles we occupy in our external relationships with others
To unplug, take a hiatus from the digital world and simply rest and sit in quietude.

Mother Nature offers us many tranquil mediums to be Still.
Consider taking a walk in the park today and observe the trees, grass and beauty that surrounds you.

Stillness ushers us into the sacred space of Enough-ness.
When we slow down, stop, and sit  in the seat of gratitude and stillness the realization emerged that we have everything we need in this exact moment. For this moment is perfect, as we have the breath of life and a beating heart and a sound mind.

For stillness is an inside job and ever constantly expanding as we focus our attention on the
 treasures within.

May you always find what you need from  your sanctuary within.

May you clearly hear what your heart and soul is saying in your moments of stillness and quietude.
May you declare a day of stillness and experience the beauty of the sanctuary within.
T'is the Season to be at Rest and Dwell in Peace.
Abundant Rest & Serenity To You,
