The Season of Shedding is Now

Dear Wonderful Ones,
FALL IS HERE!
The season of harvest is upon us and it presents the opportunity for us to allow all that no longer grows us, 
serves us, or enhances
 our life to fall away. 
The Season of Fall reminds us that what once served a purpose and a function in our lives may no longer. 
As its time to take an emotional, physical and spiritual inventory of our hearts, minds, and body temple and asked ourselves some 
critical questions. 
One of the key question to ponder, reflect, and meditate over 
is what must I shed from my 
life to be truly free? 
What do I need to let go of in order to live the life I was created to live? 
 What is holding me back from the next chapter that is to be written in my life? What is weighing heavy on my heart that I must let be?
Let the Leaves from the Tree of Your Life Fall!





May you reap your harvest of good while all that needs to shed from your life fall to the ground.

Greetings Beautiful Mighty Ones, Everyday we have the awesome opportunity to look for the wisdom , the beauty , and the grace in any given situation that comes knocking at our door.   In times that are so vicarious and the daily notification of the atrocities  in the world is commonplace  seeing the beauty in the world and grace in the moments can easily escape us.  Some scenarios are not always beauty ridden and easily understood or readily renders wisdom.
