 Life is Filled With Little Moments 



                  

                                         Wonderful One, 

In the hustle and bustle of our everyday life, we must not miss out on the Little Moments of Bliss, Kindness and Joy that comes our way. 

 As I move through 2021 I often find myself engrossed in service work,  traveling from point A to B to get to the next meeting, appointment, task  and end my day in reflection, about what lessons have I learned, examining whether I have  touched a life or squeezed the juice out of the day I have been gifted. 

                                                      


In other words, have I missed any moments or opportunities to experience the collection of little windows in my day to be in joy, peace, and bliss about something I have experienced, seen or been apart of.

                                                       


 I invite you today to pay attention to the little moments that render us beauty and grace and can be easily missed because we are waiting for something big to happen in our life or the lives of the human beings we  are intimately connected to.   


Sometimes we missed  the little power pact moments of illumination because we are distracted, and enmeshed in the routine task of our day.

                                                    


There are good stuff in the little moments like laughter, the things that make us smile, or feel seen and heard.  Life is truly a collection of Little Moments that are simple and may seem insignificant, but got you over the hurdle in your day.  

                                                  


The moments where you feel  silly and awkward and you can laugh at the human side of being alive.  Just take a minute to think about the moments of your day ...perhaps you are having a moment right now. Lean into your moment and embrace it!
