Breathe, Focus, and Take It One Step at A Time!

Just Breathe
Dear Grounded One,
So much is happening in the world all at once until something as simply, however necessary
as deep breathing
can get loss in the vigilance,
 to practice safety COVID-19 precautions,
trying to make sure you have everything before traveling home while attempting to come in contact with as less people as possible
 everyday survival stride.

No matter how important it is...
Taking deep Cleansing Breaths surely does not always make it to the "to do list" or incorporated into our everyday
mindfulness practices.

Breathing is essential to our ability to live and deep breathing can be a platform for calming, centering ourselves and maintaining our overall optimal well-being.
Deep breathing is free this relaxation practice does not require a certain environment,
fitness accessories or a guide.
Deep Breathing can be done at any given moment where we are feeling anxious or unnerved about something,
someone or a given situation
where you feel powerless.

During these stressful times of navigating in a world of uncertainty and what ifs..
I invite you breathe in and out of moments where you feel your anxiety, blood pressure or emotions rising and affirm
this  too shall past,
 all is well,
and you will get through whatever you are facing in this given moment.
What of the ways we stay present in the moment is checking in with ourselves and investing our energies into what we need at the given moment versus for the entire day or week or month.
Sometimes it is beneficial to narrow your focus to get through the day.
Abundant Life,
