Enoughness is A State of Being

The state or condition of being enough; sufficiency; adequacy

.
Dear Happy, Whole and Complete Ones,
We are surrounded with messages in society that tells us that what we have,
who we are is not enough.
There is constant enticement from the media, TV commercials, radio broadcasting to buy or invest in one more product, pill, or gadget to "make our lives easier or for us to look and
 feel our best".
If there is ever a time for us to remember our intrinsic value and worth the time is now.
For being who we are and showing up as our authentic self, while striving to put forth
our best is enough.
Embracing one's enough-ness is a everyday practice and choice that is worth making.  Otherwise the alternative is chasing an illusion of perfection and believing in a narrative of sacristy, lack and limitations and rejecting the value of one's self.
I am of the belief, when we are born we have everything we need for our personal life's journey and that which lies on the inside of us emerges
when we need it the most.
Our inner treasures, talent, and gifts is often worth us doing a deep dive within to discovery the many multi-dimensional layers of whose we are.

Enough-ness reaches beyond abundance and meets us in the middle of our embrace and fulfillment and
contentment  in what we have.
When we recognize that we are enough we totally accept ourselves while welcoming practices and ways we can enhance who we are and what we have.

Having a Affirmation which speaks to the value and completeness of one's self is essential.

Knowing who we are through and through and recognizes our internal wealth is understanding and acknowledging
-We Are Enough-.
The essence and greatness of who we are can not be contained or controlled...it just is!

Truly we All matter Just Because We Exist, We Breathe and are Human Beings.

May you enjoy being enough as this is your inner wealth an abundance!
